Meet Melissa

Melissa A. Boge, JD 

Melissa is a seasoned attorney with decades of experience advising businesses at the intersection of law, technology, and strategy. 

Her practice focuses on helping companies structure, grow, and adapt—whether through formation, governance, commercial agreements, or long-term planning. She has advised clients ranging from early-stage ventures to established enterprises on matters including corporate transactions, intellectual property, branding, and technology commercialization. 

Melissa began her career in private practice, working with leading firms in Portland on business and intellectual property matters. She later held in-house roles in the technology sector, where she developed a practical, business-oriented approach to legal advising—grounded in how decisions actually play out inside organizations. 

Her work is defined by clear analysis and thoughtful judgment. She helps clients move through complexity with a steady, structured approach—balancing legal precision with business realities. 

Melissa is a graduate of Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College and is licensed to practice law in Oregon and California. 

Meet Bliss

Bliss Suh, JD, MBA 

Bliss brings decades of experience across estate planning, business advising, and in-house counsel roles in the technology sector. 

Her work is grounded in clear analysis and practical solutions. She advises individuals, families, and entrepreneurs on how to structure their affairs with intention—balancing legal precision with real-world considerations. 

Bliss began her legal career in estate planning and venture capital financing, and later served in senior in-house roles for a global technology company. Alongside her professional work, she has remained deeply engaged in community-based legal efforts, including initiatives supporting access to justice for underserved populations. 

She holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, Lewis & Clark Law School, and the University of Washington Foster School of Business. 

Bliss is licensed to practice law in Oregon and Washington.
